There is no unsubscribe button in my "manage" page
I ended up switching back to Bell because I had moved. I made an appointment with Fizz but the technician was unable to connect my Wifi. Therefore since I made an appointment I am guessing I cant unsubscribe?

You cannot at this moment, your account is not full activate.
If you don't make a new appointment it will be refunded automatically, but you can contact the support in order to speed up the refund.
