Have a Pixel 3 with Fizz, getting iPhone 13, need new sim?

Hi, as title says:

Have a Pixel 3 I'm using with Fizz

Want to get an iPhone 13

During the checkout it's asking me for the option to add a new SIM card. Can I simply use my Pixel 3 Fizz SIM card and pop it in the iPhone 13 or no? (if there are additional pieces to the original SIM card, I don't think I have them anymore).

Thanks! Would like to minimize on duplicates/waste/spending money I don't need to

Yeah you can use the same sim card!

Non you must use the same SIM, you don't need a new one.

Both are using a nano sim card
