Please try restarting your phone.
You can also try a manual network search on your phone settings and try connecting to the T-Mobile network.
If the situation persists, please try to connect to the 3G network. To connect to 3G network please follow the steps: Settings -> Network & Internet -> Mobile Networks -> Network Mode -> Select your preferred option (3G only).

Hello @Silky, some suggestions below:
- restart your device
- check the settings of your device to switch between manual/automatic mobile network search
- others have had similar issues earlier this year and there were several posts about it
