I have the Canada / USA plan.

Can I call into the USA while I’m in Canada and Vice versa.

Hi,

yes absolutely since any call you make within your coverage area is considered a local call and when you are in your coverage area, any call you receive, even those coming from abroad, are considered and billed as a local call. If your plan includes unlimited calls, you can make (and receive) as many local calls as you want within your coverage area.

Yes you can do both.

You can call Canada and USA from both countries.

Hello @Droy10, the Canada + USA plan covers long distance to/from and roaming in Canada and continental USA (likely does not include HI or AK). When you travel to the USA, you may have to reboot your phone and/or change the automatic/manual settings to connect to the best mobile network and ensure your phone is set to use data when roaming.
