If I don't add Unlimited Calls in my plan and use a call add-on of 60 mins for 3$ instead, Are those 60 mins incoming+outgoing or just for outgoing?

    Hi

Those 60 or 100 minutes include incoming + outgoing + calls from your phone to your voicemail.

You cannot make or receive calls if your plan doesn’t include minutes. In other words, if your plan only has data, and you have no funds in your wallet, it’ll be impossible for you to receive any call.

    You have three options:

    • If you plan on making or receiving calls each month on a regular basis, consider modifying your monthly plan by adding unlimited calls.
    • If your need to make (or receive) calls is more of an intermittent nature, you can buy a Call Add-on when the need is there. An Add-on can be used as soon as it’s purchased.
    • If you think you’ll have very few calls to make (or receive), add funds to your Fizz wallet to pay per use your calls ($0.25 per minute).

All incoming and outgoing calls are billed by the minute. As such, if you make a call that lasts 1 minute and 4 seconds, you will be charged 2 minutes.

Many features are included in the mobile plans, but some additional rates may apply:

    • Call waiting: If you have two (2) calls underway, each will be billed to you by the minute. The applicable rates, whether you are within your coverage area or not, will apply.
    • Conference calling: If you call several people using conference calling, each of those calls will be billed to you by the minute. The applicable rates, whether you are within your coverage area or not, will apply. How to make a conference call.
    • Call forwarding: The calls you forward to another number are billed by the minute when they are received on your mobile phone, and when they are forwarded to the number (mobile or landline) that you chose. So a 5 minute call will actually cost you 10: the 5 minutes of the call received on your phone, plus the 5 minutes of that call forwarded from your phone to the number you chose.

As mentioned. All calls are included whether they are incoming or outgoing. Also keep in mind that calls to your voicemail count towards the minutes too (in case your phone doesn't support visual voicemail)
