I have 2 plans in my account. My mother is using the 2nd plan and wants to create an account for her
How does she transfer her phone number to her own account? Is there any way to transfer it? Could someone tell me how to transfer plan and phone number to a brand new fizz account?
Thank you, I would really appreciate as she wants to buy a phone with fizz and wants to do it on her own now that she understands fizz a bit more.😀

The short answer, unfortunately, is no.
As much for a mobile plan as for an Internet plan, our systems do not allow the transfer from one account to another. It is also impossible to group several accounts together. These are features we are working on, but for now, it is impossible.
The only alternative is to unsubscribe from the plan in the account you want to leave and resubscribe to a new plan from the new account.

Alternatively, you can add her credit card to your account and use it to purchase a phone from Fizz.

Maybe porting out to another provider and then port back into a new Fizz account would work?
of course, the new Fizz account will have to use currently offered plans.
