Installation question

Hi, we have an appointment on monday to set up our Fizz modem. We were wondering, since the internet cable is not yet in our appartment, will the technician change the outlet cover to the cable one? Thank you

    Hi @Mork

    The Vidéotron technician will do the necessary to install the cable till inside the appartment doing a state-of-the-art work.

    However, if the cable is not preinstalled and you don't have a conduit, the technician needs to make a hole in order to bring the cable inside, and if you are not the owner, you must have the authorization to do it.

    Technician who will be visiting will do all necessary setup and make sure it is up and running before leaving
