I have 3 bars, in Montreal, but can't make or receive calls

Have you tried restarting your phone?
You could also try the following: do a manual network search, choose Fizz EXT, wait a few seconds and then come back to the Fizz network and try to call and send texts.
The steps to manually select a network varies depending on your phone model. Here are two examples:
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Search → Fizz.Ext
iPhone: Settings → Operators → Search → Fizz.Ext
If it works while connected to Fizz.Ext please switch back to Fizz and retry calls.

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hello @nick M. #38607, if your FIzz Mobile service works everywhere else as it should, there is likely something interfering with the signal in that specific location. Something to consider is if the same issue exists at that location at all times over a period of time. Tower maintenance could be a possible reason if the problem is temporary.
