Possibility to transfer my old email address

Hello,

I have a email address for years with videotron and I was wondering if there is a way to transfer this email if I cancel with videotron and go with fizz for internet?

Presently, I started to change my email address with schools and different accounts that I have but was wondering if I can avoid this.

You should create an email with another provider such Gmail and transfer your email
