I can't add add-ons

Hey,

I'm trying to add add-ons to my phone plan for an upcoming trip. When I try to check out it tells me my credit card is declined. This is the card that my monthly fizz payments automatically come off of. I know there is nothing wrong with this card so im assuming it's a bug. Has anyone seen this before, and do you know how to resolve?

    Hi,

    for this problem, sometimes it occurs due to the browser used. If the issue is an expired session, please log out of your account and log back in.


    In order to buy that Add-on, you can try the maneuver using a private window, either in incognito mode, also empty your history as well as your cache, you can also try a completely different browser, or even another device if it is possible for you.
