Hi, I currently use Fizz in my apartment, and now I am moving to location X where there was a Bell connection. Is there a possibility that a technician will come and make a hole in the wall to register the cable? My landlord doesn't want to make a new hole.

Also, New location is house with the first floor and the basement. Is there no problem using one modem on two floors? Don't you need a special device like wifi pod?

Thank you

    Hi,

based on the nature of the work required, the technician may have to drill, for example, a hole in an exterior wall. If you are a building tenant, make sure you have the owner’s written authorization beforehand for such circumstances. If the building owner is on site, his verbal agreement will suffice for the tech. If you have shared ownership of your property, it’d be important for you to be familiar with the rules of your association in regard to such matter.
