How do I set up voice mail?

That kind of says it all. I activated my phone and thought I had set up my voice mail, but it doesn't work. When someone calls they get a message that says the person at 613-xxx-xxxx is not available. The caller seems to be able to leave a message, but nothing appears on my phone and there are no messages to retrieve.

Don't know what I've done wrong.

    Hi,

    visual voicemail is now the basic voicemail for our mobile plans. So whatever name you see, Voicemail or Visual voicemail, know that we're referring to the same thing, Visual voicemail.

    Your mobile plan must include the Voicemail option, as well as data
