How long for my account to be unsuspended?
I missed a payment and my account was suspended immediately.
I just made a payment, I don't even know why it failed in the first place because I have funds on my credit card. How long do I have to wait for the service to be reestablished? I am missing a day of work because of this.

Hi Anna,
for a Home Internet plan, expect at most a 3-hour delay when your payment is received by Fizz. Restart your modem to re-initialize your service.

Here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about any issue whit your payment, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

Hello @Anna G. #40571, re-activation can take up to several hours. I suggest you reboot your modem/phone. If after several hours you still have no service but your account transaction history shows the payment was made, contact Fizz directly via My Settings, Contact Form and submit a complaint there to open a Support Ticket and the exchange with a Fizz team member occurs through the email registered on your account.
