They cannot hear on Teams

I work from home and they cannot hear me on Teams, anyone had the same issue?


When I use the data from a hotspot , it works fine.

Everything else seems ok to me.

Fizz says sometimes that they can see the disconnections and sometimes not but it never really worked, and its been almost two months now.

    Hi,

    apart from a problematic situation with your mic, or your configuration settings when you are connected to Team, or even the network card of the computer in question which could be the source of this concern and causing interruptions in the connection, It is difficult to make a diagnosis other than that already established by Fizz’s team. 

    You say that they also detect micro-cuts on your connection, so I imagine that your computer must not be involved here.

    You would probably have to contact again Fizz’s support team directly to inquire again about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to hopefully finally resolve this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
