Why Fizz SIM Cards are not sold in Couche-Tard stores in Montreal ?

Found a map of participating Couche-Tards in this Forum via this link: https://fizz.ca/en/couche-tard-sim and then spent hours have been to go around no less than 10 locations to try to buy a Fizz SIM card but none of them has it. Having learnt the lesson, I called several other locations to find out which one actually sells the Fizz SIM Card and still without any luck. It is just annoying and frustrating for such gross misinformation!. Finally, I gave up and ordered it on-line. Hopefully, the card will reach me safely because I heard of many unsuccessful deliveries.

    I have purchased the SIM card for friends at a few local Couche Tard. Every time it's a new or different employee, I have to ask them to check, because the cards are kept behind the counter at the cash. It does happen sometimes that the SIM card is out-of-stock. So as you mention, it's better to call ahead before going as the phone number of each store is included with the map: https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores


    In the case of online orders, it's usually delivered by Planete courrier. They will stick the SIM card on your front door or leave it in your letterbox if there is one.
