Why can’t I access my voicemail ?
It asks me to enter my phone number and when I do it says wrong number.

Hi Daniela,
change your NIP directly via from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).

If you still have the problem contact the support

Hello @Daniela C. #11347, I suggest:
- close the VM app and re-open
- check for any updates to your phone operating system and apps
- reboot your phone
- remove and re-install the VM app
