How can I change the number of the apartment to the installation?
I check the order I saw the mistake of my apt to install. When I was ordering the installation I didn´t see an input to fill the number of my apartment. The system by default put the 1-7445 I didn´t assume that this number before is the apt number. I read here that in the section, my plans / manage my plan I could change this data but is not possible, How can I change it? please help me.

Hi,
You need to Chat with Fizz support to do that change
· Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

Thank you so much for your help. I needed to cancel to ask again for the services. why? It was not a good experience thinking that I am starting here. Fizz doesn´t have the input field to complete the number of the apparent it is not intuitive. Maybe they could change the input of the number of apartment.
Maybe, I will find another company. I don´t feel well with the support.
