Amazon fire-stick no internet
Hi guys.
I woke up this morning and my both Amazon fire-sticks are connected to the wifi but no internet connection.
I restarted all 3 devices ( modem included) and still no luck.
Internet is working on my other devices except the fire-sticks.
I need help

And if the problem still persists, I suggest you to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about possible network work in your area, and if not, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

Hello @victor P. #24677, I suggest:
- conduct an Internet search to see if non-Fizz users have had the same issue and posted resolutions
- plug the sticks in to a computer and check for updates to software and firmware
- from what you describe the modem WIFI is working so this indicates it is specific to your devices

I’m always do a thorough search over the internet and forums before I post a question !
