Installation by your Fizz technician

A technician was schedule to install the router and internet yesterday, but he never came. I was home during the entire scheduled window 5-8PM. We receive the following message this morning, indicating the technician came, and I was not home. That is not true. I also provided a phone # when the appointment was schedule, and did not receive any phone calls as well. I have rescheduled the installation for this Friday, provided the same address and phone #. How can I make sure the technician will come this time?

It is a new building, no clear address is displayed on the building. SO please have your technician call me when he is nearby, for details on how to find the building.

    To reschedule your technician appointment:

    1. Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
    2. Click on Appointments.
    3. Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
    4. Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
