My Rewards Button Not Working

I'm in my account trying to click on "See my Rewards" button and nothing happens when I click on it...

Your session was probably expired. Also, it may take a few seconds to load your profile
But generally, when navigation seems off on Fizz website, try the following:
- try in incognito/private mode
- to try with a different browser, Chrome and Edge are known to work relatively well with Fizz
- to try on another device (mobile, laptop, tablet)
- you are really logged in with your account
- Disconnect explicitly using "►Log out" in the left menu
- close any Fizz tab
- clear your cookies
- reconnect.
- no browser extension blocks its appearance (ad blocker or plugins like "NoScript").
- JavaScript is enabled
- no VPN disables the rendering, some have ad blockers
- no DNS profile blocks essential pieces
- to empty your cache

Try using another browser to log into your account.

Thanks for the replies. I was able to access it after clicking on the link in an email I receieved from them. I've bookmarked the page for future use in case it happens again. Cheers!
