Technician appointment!
Hello,
I have an appointment for wifi installation today feb 13 12:00pm to 5pm. It is now 3:20 and no one has showed up yet. Is this normal? How long does this usually take? If no one shows up, will I be able to reschedule? If so how ??

Hi Sofia,
the technician won’t contact you if he plans to be there within the time slot reserved. He’ll only contact you if he is early or late based on what was planned.
