How is the Fizz modem connected to the internet?

I have been searching the site for an answer but can't find the answer, only inferences that might be wrong.

How is Fizz actually connected to the outside world? Is it wireless? Or do they install their own cables to a house? Or do they use the cables of others?

    Hi,

    Fizz uses the same infrastructure as Vidéotron, and therefore its network, as well as the same installations, either by coaxial cable.

    Hello @snoeman, Fizz is cable Internet so uses coaxial cable to the house/apartment, the same as cable Internet from any other provider. Fizz does not currently offer DSL or fiber optic. Like Fizz Mobile, Fizz Internet uses its parent network, Videotron.
