Rewards associated with level 7?
Hi,
Thank you to those who responded to my previous question about rewards associated with level 7.
Fizz says that only a $2 rebate on internet is rewarded once we reach level 7.
It means that we all wasting our time on this forum. We take the time to compile information about the reward program. We share the information with fellow forum members, we get points for that.
right? then Fizz decides otherwise, meaning our work is worthless here: we are just sharing fake news.
Fizz customer rep says that everything is clear until level 4 : https://fizz.ca/en/rewards-program
beyond that, you need to wait until you reach a level to see what you get.
What a shame!
Wouldn't it be more fair and transparent to learn when the rules, the rewards, the prices have been changed?
