Can you please be more specific as to what file are you referring to?
If it is an account you're referring to, please bear in mind that it cannot be deleted manually. It will only be removed automatically after a period of inactivity.
You can continue using your other account and not connect to this one which I can see is empty again.
It will be deleted by our system after some time.
