protecting second device mobile phone
I have trying to protect my mobile phone since November 2021. (my plan covers 3 devices)
Fizz sents me a link on my PC and only my mobile phone needs the link and I haven't go tit to work properly after untold waisted hours of trying. Your direct telephone number for help would make this a breeze. Can't you get quebecor to lend you a phone line? Or are you furtive by design like so many capitalist facist corporations without a shred of morals ??

· Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.
