Can't cancel an order that I just made minuets ago

I went to my profil -> my plan and there is no way to cancel my recent order.

I clicked in " manage plan " and also there is no way to cancel my order

    Hello @AES2, I have some suggestions:

    • wait a period of time, say 30 minutes and revisit using the private/incognito mode of your browser
    • if you still cannot make changes, reach out to Fizz Customer Service via My Settings, Contact Form to submit a complaint. This opens a Support Ticket and someone will respond via the email address registered on your account.

  • Hello @AES2, I would add that it is not uncommon for it to take several hours for the Fizz 'system' to activate changes, purchases, etc. so don't be surprised if you can't make changes again for 2-3 hrs.
