Hi,
if you transfered your number from another provider...
Your plan will be activated within 2 hours. In the meantime, you can use Wifi and data from your plan and you can make (but not receive) calls and texts. We’ll send you a text when your plan is 100% ready to go.
You will receive updates on your number transfer in your account notifications.

Over that delay, I suggest you to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

Hello @mquintela, if your phone is working on Fizz, then your online account activity and information should soon be behind it. This may or may not be a manual step by a Fizz team member. If by the next day your online account still isn't fully active, you can also use the Contact Form found in My Settings after logging in. This opens a Support Ticket and the exchange occurs over the email address registered with your account.
