Question About Moving & changing address
Hi,
I moved to a new apartment and I brought my Fizz modem with me. I connected it myself and my connection still works. Do I still need to have a technician come over to move my services and change my address?

yes, you must plan an installation appointment so a technician can make sure the cable connection works properly.

If I understand correctly, you made your move without first completing the move procedure. If so, I suggest that you contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about the procedure to follow since your move is already completed, although I find it strange that the Internet service still works.
