How do I close a ticket?
I had an issue in which I didn't receive the SIM card I had ordered. I opened a ticket, received word that Fizz was working on it. Then, a couple of weeks later, having not heard anything, I opened a ticket to learn if it was being dealt with. And then again a bit later, I opened another ticket.
I received my SIM card finally! I still see the tickets, and I hope they are no longer working on them.
Will they close on their own or do I need to... make another ticket?

you should directly contact the customer service to resolve this isue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.
