Hi I purchased roaming data for the US but had to cancel my trip - is it possible to get a refund for this? I won’t be using the roaming data this month.

    the funds you put in your Wallet can be refunded to you, but an Add-on I don't think so. But I suggest that you contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that possibility. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    Nope, purchased add-ons are not refundable. I had a similar situation a couple of months back.

  • Hello @Drewjoma, as others have pointed out, it is a pitfall of pre-paid, short of technical issues blocking your use of a feature purchased, you're out of luck.
