problems activating phone purchased from fizz on my fizz account after following all instructions. s
Iphone 7 wiil not acivate using Ipad pairing, local fizz wifi, or by inserting sim card from previous fizz activated iphone - any suggestions? it has been over 24 hours of waiting for activation to be completed ("this may take several minutes" appears)

Hello @gwpgraham, what do you mean by it won't 'activate'? I suggest the below:
- reset the phone to factory settings
- connect to WIFI and download and install all available updates
- insert the Fizz SIM in another phone known to work properly OR insert a SIM from another carrier in your phone to help determine if it is a phone or SIM problem
- if the iphone 7 doesn't connect after these steps but your SIIM works in another phone, then contact Fizz via the phone return/repair instructions or My Settings - Contact Form to submit a complaint about your phone and repair/exchange.
