For several weeks I have been trying to purchase a mobile through Paybright and I always get this error:

Any idea how I can fix it?

Hello @Hagem, another method of contacting a Fizz team member is by logging in to your account, go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit a complaint. This opens a Support Ticket and the exchange is via the email address registered on your account.
