I’m leaving for the US on Feb 3. My cycle new cycle begins on Feb 4. If I purchase 2G of data will it only be available for the cycle ending Feb 4? It seems unfair if that’s the case or am I’m not understanding this. Or does it end at the end of the data?

Hi Giovanni,

Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.

In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days.
