Internet bandwidth not accurate
Hi -
I should have 120 mb/s but when I run a speed test I barely get 35mb/s
my upload is at 20mb/s
I have restarted my router numerous times and this has not corrected the issue.
Please advise

Hi,
perform some speed tests using the Fizz Wi-Fi app. This app is available for free on Google Play Store and Apple Store.

And if the problem still persists despite these tips, I strongly suggest you to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

Do you use the router provided by Fizz? The CODA modems are notorious for having issues. Many users, like me, use their own router and the Fizz modem just in bridge mode. Since I swapped to my own router, I haven't had any connectivity issues. I know this is not ideal.
In any case I encourage you to reach out to Fizz support so that they check your connection remotely (My settings --> Contact Forms --> Green Chat Bubble
