Everything with Fizz is ONLINE only.
There is no phone number to call or contact anyone. You can use the options mentioned my Dapfizzer above to contact them.

Hello @Yann_P, my experience in contacting a Fizz team member has been to log in, go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit a complaint, this opens a Support Ticket and the exchange is over the email address registered on the account. Best of luck.
