sms not arriving to destination

Hello, i am in Canada and have a plan that includes sms.If I send sms to one country in Europe people don't recieve them.What should I do?thanks a lot

Hi,

plan with unlimited texts: all text messages you send are included, whatever their destination is. With a Quebec coverage for example, you could send a text to Ottawa, or even London.
