Hi,

the Fizz SIM card is detachable in three different formats (mini, micro and nano). Make sure to insert the correct SIM card format for your phone. If you detach the wrong format, don’t worry — the Fizz SIM card can be “reattached” in the right format.

If you really need another SIM (lost the original sleeve to change sizes). Maybe local Kijiji? Fizz's free shipping is quite fast though, just take a couple days to arrive.

As I mentioned earlier, you don’t have to buy a new one because the SIM cards are made of three interlocking parts, which are detachable according to the size required in all the devices available on the market.
