Hi Ericka,

modify your access code (PIN) directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).

 IMPORTANT: Unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.

With Visual voicemail, your messages are literally at your finger tips. You listen and manage your messages by selecting them directly on your phone screen, without having to “call” your voicemail.  

Your mobile plan must include the Voicemail option, as well as data. 

 Visual voicemail is now the basic voicemail for our mobile plans. So whatever name you see, Voicemail or Visual voicemail, know that we're referring to the same thing, Visual voicemail.

Hello @Erickagirard13, @Dapfizzer has the answer, best and most secure way is to do it from your account and change it to a unique number or series of letters that match the numbers on a phone keypad, that is easy for you to remember but not for others to guess or figure out from your social media for example.
