Internet discount referral if already mobile Fizz plan
Hello world!
I was wondering if any of you know if the internet discount referral is working if you already have a mobile fizz plan?
Does anyone know the answer and if the answer is no, why is that?

Hello @Alexis_R5P4A, Fizz offers a one-time bonus for referring a new subscribe who stays for at least two pay periods, regardless of mobile or Internet services. Fizz offers discount Upgrades for both mobile and Internet subscriptions, $1 and $2 each month the Upgrade is active on a person's account. These discount Upgrades come in to effect the next payment period after you activate. These discount Upgrades can only be applied to the service indicated, mobile or Internet. If you activated the Upgrade but it did get applied to your payment, go to My Settings, Contact Form to submit a complaint and a Fizz team member will respond by email.

Do you mean you refer a friend to Fizz and this friends signs-up for an internet plan? The answer is yes. It doesn't matter whether you friend sings up for the phone pane or internet. I had a couple of friends that signed up for only the internet.
If you are talking about you yourself adding a new internet account, then you would need to create a completely new user to self-refer. You have to do the maths. An internet plan (in addition to the mobile plan) opens up three more upgrade slots, which you can use to get monthly discounts.

Hi Alexis,
any one person can only be referred once, when they subscribe to their first Fizz service. For example, she won’t be able to use one when she adds another mobile plan or subscribes to the Home internet service (the reference code field will have disappeared).

I was referring to myself indeed! I didn't know I could get automatically a 3rd slot if Mobile and Internet plans are combined!
