My card was charged before the installation of my internet modem
It clearly states (in the terms and conditions as well as else where on the site) that the payment cycle only begins once the internet modem is installed. I have booked my installation date for Feb 1st 2022, but my card has already been charged for the month's plan, on the Jan 23rd, when I made the appointment. What's happening? I want it refunded until the installation date, as it states in the agreement.

the first payment is debited at the time of subscription, but the second payment will be debited one month after the date of completion of the installation. So let’s say the facility is complete and functional on January 23, so your second payment will be on February 23.
The date on which you receive your Fizz Wi-Fi modem is the anniversary date for your Home Internet plan, and this date marks the start of your payment cycle each month.
