I just processed the complete payment transaction and at the very end, they told me something
went wrong but no explication as to what went wrong, do you have any idea what the problem might be?

I suggest that you contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

As @Dapfizzer already suggested, there seems to be a problem with adding the payment method. They can investigate further (My settings ---> Contact Forms ---> Green Chat Bubble

Hello @Pegaseus, you can contact a Fizz team member via the methods others have commented with or try again. If you are not using a private/incognito browser window, I suggest you clear your browser cache, close your browser and open in a private/incognito mode. For some technical reason, the Fizz website functions better in private mode.
