Hi,

just uninstall the application and then reinstall it, sometimes with any application that’s what you have to do when it’s not working properly for a period of time, and that often solves that concern.

Hello, as @Dapfizzer pointed out, remove and reinstall. I always use fast.com, it is a very simple Internet speed test site with no other function.
