Phone and Paybright
Hi, I ordered a phone and did all the steps to have the loan from pay bright. I received an email from you saying that the phone that I wanted was not available. Paybright is charging me for a phone that I don't have and I'm not going to have in the near future. I called paybright and they say that I have to contact you letting you know that don't have the phone and you are the ones to have to tell paybright that i don't have the phone. The order to cancel has to come from you.

Hello @Clau2101, another method of contacting a Fizz agentis log in, go to My Settings and Contact F orm, it opens a Support Ticket and your exchange is by email. If they are not able to resolve it quickly, I suggest you contact your financial institution (whichever you used to make your phone payments) and ask that they put a hold on future payments and open a dispute.
