The buzzer at my door doesn't work. Can the installation guy call me upon arrival ?

    Hi Aline,

    paste a note on the door of your home, with your number, so that the technician sees it, telling him to call you as soon as he arrives. It is not ideal but so you will have peace of mind.

    here you talk to users like you. The technician of Videotron never rarely call ther next customer so you have to find a way to tell him than your buzze don't work. Post a note on your door whit your phone number.
