Might help clearing cache, deleting cookies or for Apple user go to safari and clear history and website data.
You can try using another browser such as Chrome, Opéra, Edge, Fire or a private one.

· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

Try changing browser, or even try in a private window and when in the French language of the website. But you'll be able to chat in any language once into the chat.

Hello @Lindaadornato, as @Dapfizzer pointed out the online Chat feature is best accessed with your browser in incognito/private mode/window. Another method to contact a Fizz agent is to go to My Settings and click on Contact Form, this opens an exchange by email.
