No International calls

Hello,

I bought a 60 min USA call plan 3 months ago and used about 20min.

I used to see in the main menu how many minutes were left but right now it has disappeared. It's as if I don't have a USA call plan anymore.

Do anyone of you know what happened please ?

That is correct. All addons are valid until the end of your NEXT cycle. So remainder of the cycle you buy it in, and then one more cycle.

How long does it take to activate an Add-On? How long does it last?

Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.

In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days.

There is nothing much to add to what @Emporium already said. The add-ons have a specific validity. A good way is to use a VoIP service, such as TextNow which gives you unlimited minutes within North America.
