You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

It's not letting me click on chat, I can only access the forum or FAQ. I also already sent a message through messenger but it says it's not in real time so no way of knowing when I'm go a get an answer.

Try changing browser, or even try in a private window and when in the French language of the website. But you'll be able to chat in any language once into the chat.

I think the chat only works on the computer, not on my phone. I had to do a hot-spot to get internet to connect my laptop and access the chat. Is there a phone number I can contact someone at? I'm not sure the connexion is gonna last
