International calls doesn't work
Hello, When I call Mexico, I get a voice error "Your current plan does not allow us to complete this call"
I have my plan international calls to Mexico and it was working fine but suddenly stopped. The plan still said that I have it active but I can't made any call.
Please help ASAP. Thanks

I suggest that you contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation.
