My call forward settings work when forwarding to another fizz number, but not to my VOIP Service with my home number? Has this problem been answered anywhere?

it is currently impossible for us to transfer phone numbers that are associated with landlines and VOIP.
Hi I am not sure if we mean the same thing: I am trying to conditional call forward my calls to our VOIP service. With Rogers I was able to call forwarding our Rogers phone to VOIP before joining Fizz.

I traced it to a feature in my VIOP service that needed to be turned off.
Everything seems to be working now.
BTY: 004 all call conditional forwards - works with Fizz too.
