I don’t know how to connect my wifi to my laptop.

    Hello IsabellaT, on your laptop look for the wifi icon on your screen, click on the wifi signal matching that of your router (would be on a sticker/tag on your modem) and enter the password on the same sticker/tag on your modem. If you still have trouble and are not a technical person, I suggest you look at some tutorial videos online on one of the popular video websites or do a search for instructions online, Wikipedia is an unbiased site I would suggest.

    Is your modem on? You are supposed to have your wifi password marked somewhere. Is it on your Fizz modem/router?
